1. Fill out the Online Application/ Authorization Form, upload your signed Physician Order Form, Clinical Information, photo ID and your insurance card(s)all on the Online Ordering tab.
2. Purchase your Required Assessment Consultation with Krista Madere, LOTR, CHT. (upload video online or email video)
3. Purchase the components recommended for you!
The Readi-Steadi® Anti-Tremor Orthotic Glove System is a custom-fitted product designed to help gain control of hand tremors in all aspects of daily living. The inventor, Krista Madere, customizes each product to an individual's specific needs and sizing requirements.
Krista will recommend a customized Readi-Steadi® Anti-Tremor Orthotic Glove System with specific components to ensure the best results for your individual needs. Each component is billed separately and can include up to four (4) components, (Right Hand, Right Elbow, Left Hand, Left Elbow), depending on your individual needs.
After you have submitted your online application and uploaded, emailed or faxed us your Physician Order Form, Clinical Information, insurance information and video, you will receive an email notifying you of your next steps. The email will contain instructions on how to order your recommended components.
You must place your order within 30 days or a new assessment will be required. Once you receive your customized Readi-Steadi® Anti-Tremor Orthotic Glove System, you will receive an email to select your follow up assessment. This so you can provide feedback on the fit and receive instructions for any adjustments from Krista, as needed.

The cost varies depending on your method of payment. Your insurance policy will dictate your responsibility. If you do not have insurance or we are not in-network with your particular plan, we can offer a self-pay discount. Components are custom-fitted pieces and the total cost is based on your specific needs as evaluated by Krista Madere, LOTR, CHT, Components can include Right Hand, Right Elbow, Left Hand and Left Elbow. Krista will share her recommendation for your Readi-Steadi® components during the Skype assessment appointment or after reviewing your video. The first cover for each component is included. Additional covers are available for purchase online.

Can I use my insurance policy to cover the cost of the Readi-Steadi® Anti-Tremor Orthotic Glove System?
Yes, if you live in the US, please submit front & back copies of your insurance cards. You will be notified of coverage prior to proceeding. (Medicaid does not cover any costs at this time.)
If you live outside of the US, you will be Self-Pay and can turn in the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. Orthosis components are determined after video assessment. On average, the dominant extremity usually requires two components and the non-dominant side, one. Please email us for questions and pricing.

What happens after my video assessment?
Once you have completed your initial assessment video consultation with Krista Madere, she will email you a recommendation for a Readi-Steadi® Anti-Tremor Orthotic Glove System customized to your size and specific needs. The email will contain the next steps.

How do I use Skype?
Download Skype prior to your scheduled appointment. Skype Translator is available in 8 languages for non-English speaking customers. If you do not have access to a Skype account, please contact us to request instructions for additional options to complete your assessment.

Can I request a demo before ordering the customer glove system?
Due to the custom nature of each glove system, demos are not a good indicator of success. Since each system is based-not only on individuals’ measurements but tremor pattern and characteristics; placing a Readi-Steadi®️ system not intended for the client can actually intensify his/her tremor. This is clear because regardless of the diagnosis, tremors increase with any form of stress. Systems too heavy and/or applied with improper fit do not yield a comforting, inhibitory response.
Most clients report that viewing before and after videos of other clients fitted with the custom Readi-Steadi®️ system most helpful. They are able to identify with another who exhibits a similar tremor pattern in frequency and amplitude. Follow the instructions that come with your order and submit a follow up 20 second video with your glove system on or schedule a live Skype appointment with Krista. Krista will assist you with any adjustments that may be needed and give you tips on the use and long-term care of your new custom-fitted orthotic glove system.

What is your return policy?
The consultation fee is refundable up to 30 days after purchase if you do not schedule a Skype video consultation. The fee is non-refundable after the video consultation has been completed.
All Readi-Steadi® products are custom-made to each individual customer, therefore, not refundable. We make every effort to ensure proper fit and comfort and remain committed to your success.
