The first step in the ordering process of the Readi-Steadi® Anti-Tremor Orthotic Glove System is to purchase and schedule a Skype video consultation with Krista Madere, LOTR, CHT (licensed occupational therapist, certified hand therapist) to assess your needs and recommend your best fit.
After payment is processed, you will receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute live Skype video consultation. During your live video appointment, Krista Madere will recommend a customized Readi-Steadi® Anti-Tremor Orthotic Glove System based on your specific needs. Krista will give you instructions on how to place your order for the individual components she recommends for you (left/right hand based, left/right forearm/elbow).
NOTE: Because this is a custom-fitted medical device, a signed Physician's Order form and a completed online authorization form is required to purchase the product.
The consultation fee is refundable up to 30 days after purchase if you do not schedule a Skype video consultation. The fee is non-refundable after the video consultation appointment. Notification for any changes to scheduled appointments must be made up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation.
